Humidity: 100%In 2010 in the long-term constructions participating in the program «Accessible accommodation», means of the Ukrainian families it is invested 250 million UAH. «In total in the given objects invested the money of 90 families which apply for reception of apartments under the program« Accessible habitation », ‒ the head of "QualityKievApartments" speaks.
He also has noticed that «till the end of 2010 in Ukraine will complete 9 houses participating in the given initiative of the state».
Let's remind that according to a government program «Accessible habitation» chances of reception of money of building end have the long-term constructions which stage of readiness makes more than 70 % and which are not in pledge at banks, have all necessary allowing documentation. In total for participation in the program across all Ukraine 74 houses have been selected. In turn citizens who want to buy habitation in the given objects, should pay 70 % of cost of apartment, the others of 30 % to the builder are compensated by the state.
