The offer of Kiev apartments continues to grow in new buildings

The quantity of offers of Kiev apartments in August, 2010 in the market of new buildings has increased by 6,2 % concerning July and has made 1132 apartments
Most of all apartments on sale have exposed in economy class buildings – offer growth has made 7,7 %, in buildings of a business class the quantity of the apartments exposed on sale has grown on 6,9 %, in premium-class houses – on 1 %.
Experts also notice that «in August there have been restored or begun sales of apartments in 8 objects of an economy class and 3 business classes. In turn in 2 houses of an economy class sales of apartments» are suspended or stopped.
