Humidity: 100%For today in Kiev monthly on the average about 400 apartments are bought. Ivan Saly, the Head of Supervisory board "Association" has told about it in interview to «QualityKievApartmnts» Kiev Apartments Agency.
«During pre-crisis times investors got in Kiev about 5 thousand apartments and now several times it is less», – the expert speaks.
Saly also has noticed that «for today in Ukraine of the companies which conduct the vigorous activity about 10-15 % from what built in 2008».
«This results from the fact that before crisis was about 40 schemes of financing of objects and all corruption. As a result «unforeseen» expenses have generated so overestimated cost of square metres that today they cannot be sold and, hence, money for building is not present», – the expert speaks.
