Under their data, «the volume of capital investments in the market of elite real estate of capital in July, in comparison with June, has increased almost in 2 times and has reached 21,8 mln. dollars of the USA».
«Such substantial growth of capital investments was affected by that last month the share of sales of objects in cost from 700 thousand dollars USA – from 25 % from total in an elite segment in June has grown, to 35 % in July», - has been told.
The expert also has informed that «hits of sales of elite accommodation in July of a steel of apartment in Kiev centre the area from 160 sq. m (cost from 700 to 1,5 mln. dollars of the USA located in streets: Kreschatyk, Pavlovsk, Franka, Kruglouniversitetsky».
