«Today the two-room apartment in good area costs as before crisis the one-room did. The prices are stable and will not fall to level of 1995 when cost in sq. m was 400-500 US dollars», ‒ the expert says.
The expert also has noticed that «apartments in cost of 50-150 thousand dollars USA» today are most claimed.
