According to the expert, «in August, in comparison with July, the volume of capital investments in real estate of Kiev has increased by 172 thousand dollars USA and has made 52,93 mln. dollars of the USA».
In a segment from 100 to 200 thousand dollars USA 35,2 % from total of transactions of purchase and sale, in a category from 200 to 300 thousand dollars USA–4,1 %» have been concluded.
We have noticed that «in a segment from 300 to 500 thousand dollars USA was 4,5 % from total of transactions, and in a price range 500 and above thousand dollars USA – 3,2 %».
The expert also predicts increase in quantity of transactions in September approximately on 5 %, and in October – on 10-12 %.
«As to cost of capital habitation, most likely, essential changes till the end of 2010 will not occur. Updatings of cost at the expense of the auction on individual objects within 7 % from a total cost of habitation» are possible only, – tells "QualityKievApartments".
