Monthly, for example, in Kiev sell 700-800 new apartments. And demand for them gradually grows. So, if in 2009 on the average for a month in the primary market bought about 300 apartments now - it is three times more.
"I think that the next one and a half year the primary market, probably, by quantity of transactions will catch up with the secondary. Such never was. Besides, the competition which has now developed between builders, will urge on to improvement of quality of the habitation", - the commercial director of the consulting company Sergey Simonenko has explained.
