«The average price of offers of apartments in the secondary market of inhabited real estate of Kiev is noted at level 2256 US dollars for 1 sq. m, average indexes have increased by 0,8 %», – is told in the report.
Analysts also notice that «in October in sq. m of one-room apartments has risen in price for 0,3 % to 2078 US dollars, two-room – on 0,5 % to 2261 US dollars, three-room – on 1 % to 2278 US dollars».
