Kiev apartments in the central areas become cheaper, and on periphery - slightly rise in price

Cost of Kiev apartments in the houses located in the central areas of capital continues to decrease, while cost of apartments on periphery grows. Analysts of the Union of experts in real estate of Ukraine inform on it, journalist PA «QualityKievApartments» transfers.
«Cost and demand in brick houses of the improved lay-out of construction of 80th years while panel houses yet do not feel the raised demand» has considerably grown, - is told in the report of analysts.
Experts also notice that «the market positively influence: improvement of a credit rating of Ukraine, incessant growth of domestic share indexes, the statement of IMF for possibility of fast renewal of the program of support of Ukraine that will be reflected in the near future in the real market by growth of quantity of transaction».
