Thus in June the average price of sale of square metre of private houses has decreased on 3,7 %.
According to analysts of a portal, the quantity of the private houses exposed on sale in June has increased by 3,8 % to 864 units. The volume of the offer of private houses in a total area and term of money has decreased accordingly for 6,2 % and 13,3 %. Concerning January, 2010, the total of the houses exposed on sale, has increased by 66,8 %, and in a total area and term of money has increased accordingly by 58,8 % and 23,4 %.
