In Kiev the prices for private houses are reduced

In July the average price of sale of square metre of private houses of Kiev has made 1955 US dollars, in comparison with June, their cost has decreased on 3,4 %.«Concerning January, 2010, the average price in sq. m of private houses in Kiev has decreased for 22,8 %», – is told in our report.

Under our data «reduction of prices last month was observed in private houses by a total area from 500 sq. m – on 5,1 %, from 100 to 250 sq. m – on 4,3 %, in houses the area from 250 to 500 sq. m – on 3,7 %, the area to 100 sq. m, – on 1,4 %».

Analysts as have noticed that «the greatest quantity of houses in Kiev in the secondary market of purchase and sale in July was offered in Darnitsky area – 31 %, Goloseevsky – 14 %, Solomensky – 12 %, Podolsk – 10 %, Svjatoshinsky and Dneprovsky – on 9 %».
