«The average price of offers of apartments in the secondary market of inhabited real estate of Kiev in September, 2010 is noticed at level 2238 dollars USA / in sq. m that on 0,4 % it is less, than last month», – is told in the report.
Experts also have noticed that «in accounting month one-room apartments have decreased in the price for 0,4 % to 2071 dollars USA/ in sq. m, two-room – on 0,7 % to 2249 dollars USA / in sq. m, three-room apartments have risen in price for 0,4 % to 2255 dollars USA / in sq. m, and four-room have fallen in price on 1,1 % to 2653 dollars USA / in sq. m».
