In the same time, in houses, the area from 250 to 500 sq. m, observed decrease on 2,6 % to 1994 u.e. / by sq. m, in houses, the area to 100 sq. m, – decrease on 1,1 % to 2139 u.e. / in sq. m, and in houses from 100 to 250 u.e. / sq. m – the price increase has made 1 % to 1909 u.e. / sq. m.
The greatest reduction of prices last month was observed in Shevchenkovsky (on 10,5 %), Darnitsky (on 3,4 %), Dneprovsky (on 3,2 %) areas. In Desnjansky area the price increase has made 3,3 %. In other areas reduction of prices is fixed at level from 0,1 to 2,7 %.
Depending on the Building area, the greatest relative density from total amount is occupied with buildings with the area from 250 to 500 sq. m - 34 % (291 private houses). Further buildings the area from 100 to 250 sq. m - 32 % (275 houses), to 100 sq. m – 23 % (200 houses) and the area over 500 sq. m - 11 % (98 units), they are in decreasing order.
