According to experts of a portal, in comparison with January of current year, the average cost of capital apartments has decreased for 9,6 %. Thus since July, 2009 the price level on secondary accommodation in Kiev in a dollar equivalent has decreased on 12,2 %.
Following the results of last month average the cost of one-room apartments has decreased on 2,7 % (on 57 c.u.) to 2056 u.e. / sq. m, two-room apartments – decrease on 2,4 % (on 56 c.u.) to 2263 u.e. / sq. m, the cost of three-room apartments has decreased on 3,5 % (on 80 c.u.) to 2230 u.e. / sq. m, and the cost of four-room apartmentshas decreased for 2,3 % (on 63 c.u.) to 2647 u.e. / sq. m.
