In February, in comparison with January, 2010, the prices of apartments of an economy class have decreased for 0,3 %. Analysts IAP inform On it «QualityKievApartments».

Under their data, «for the specified period the average price of the offer in sq. m of habitation of an economy class has made 10048 грн. Or 1258 US dollars for 1 sq. m».

«In February one-room apartments have fallen in price on 1 % to 10409 UAH per 1 sq. m, two-room – on 0,4 % to 10046 UAH per 1 sq. m, three-room have risen in price for 0,1 % to 9441 UAH per 1 sq. m».

In total 62 houses of an economy class are analysed.
