According to our data «the share of an elite segment in total of transactions remained at level of July and has made about 8 %».
«Decrease in capital investments in elite real estate has occurred, basically because the quantity of transactions has decreased for 10 % in a price range over 500 thousand dollars USA. Thus on 20 % the quantity of transactions in more «cheap» segment – 300-500 thousand dollars USA» has increased, - "QualityKievApartments" told.
As it said, among new tendencies in the real estate market in August it is possible to note increase of interest to purchase of objects with attraction of the bank credit.
