Humidity: 88%In October the average price of sale of square metre of private houses of Kiev has made 1885 US dollars. «Depreciation in sq. m last month was observed in private houses by a total area from 250 to 500 sq. m – on 2,5 % to 1845 US dollars, in houses from 500 sq. m – on 2 % to 1859 US dollars, the area to 100 sq. m and from 100 to 250 sq. m – on 0,6 % to 2115 and 1752 US dollars accordingly», – was told in the report.
Analysts also have noticed that «the greatest reduction of prices last month was observed in Pechersky area – on 4,4 %, in Goloseevsky – on 4,3 % and Svjatoshinsky – on 3,8 %. In Darnitsky, Dneprovsky, Obolonsky, Podolsk and Svjatoshinsky areas reduction of the average prices has made from 1,1 % to 2,6 %».
«In Shevchenkovsky area the average prices are increased by 8 %, in Desnjansky on 1,3 %», – experts speak.
