From the beginning of the year the cost of apartments in Kiev has decreased on 6,6 %
Since January, 2010 average cost of apartments in the secondary market of Kiev has decreased on 6,6 % to 2262 US dollars for 1 sq. m. We assert that «in November of current year the cost in sq. m of apartments in Goloseevsky area of capital has grown on 0,7 % to 2382 US dollars, in Podolsk – on 0,1 % to 2352 US dollars, in Shevchenkovsky – on 2,5 % to 3061 US dollars».

Analysts also have noticed that «in Darnitsky area the price in sq. m has decreased on 0,7 % to 1589 US dollars, in Desnjansky on 0,5 % to 1447 US dollars, in Dneprovsky on 0,3 % to 1857 US dollars, in Obolonsky on 0,9 % to 2305 US dollars, in Pechersky on 0,1 % to 3770 US dollars, in Svjatoshinsky and Solomensky on 1,5 % and 1,4 % to 1704 US dollars and to 2022 US dollars accordingly».
