As she said, «in February the average minimum threshold in a segment of elite habitation has made 3768 US dollars for 1 sq. m, and maximum - 9897 US dollars for 1 sq. m».
«Tendencies of first two weeks of March give the grounds to predict increase in quantity of transactions of purchase and sale of habitation in a segment from 300 thousand dollars USA this month approximately on 4,5 %, in comparison with February. In our opinion, one of the reasons of it stabilisation of a political situation in the country» is, - the expert considers.
According to general director KAA "Quality Kiev Apartment", «the increase in quantity of transactions will be promoted by positive tendencies in economy which prove to be true increase in quantity of transactions on rent of commercial real estate. In particular, in February the quantity of transactions on rent office, trading and warehouse, in comparison with January, has increased by 6,2 %».
