By 2012 of the price for real estate in Lvov will essentially grow

In Lvov to the championship "Euro-2012" the essential rise in price of the real estate especially located in city centre is expected. The trustee of Association of experts in real estate of Ukraine has informed on it KAA «QualityKievApartments».

«Already today the accommodation in city centre is actively bought by private investors on purpose посуточной rent», – the expert says.

Agency also has noticed that for today average cost in sq. m of accommodation in Lvov makes from 1 to 1,7 thousand dollars USA.
