«Reduction of prices last month was observed in apartments by a total area from 100 to 250 sq. m – on 2,2 % to 1786 US dollars of 1 sq. m, from 500 sq. m – on 0,9 % to 2073 US dollars behind 1 sq. m, the area from 250 to 500 sq. m, – on 0,5 % to 1912 US dollars behind 1 sq. m. In apartments, the area to 100 sq. m, – the increase has made on 1 % to 2131 US dollars for 1 sq. m», – it is told in the report.
Analysts also have noticed that «the greatest quantity of apartments in Kiev in the secondary market of purchase and sale in August was offered in Darnitsky (30 %), Goloseevsky (14 %), Solomensky (13 %), Podolsk and Svjatoshinsky (on 10 %) districts».
